Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Electrical Foreman to oversee and lead crews on a commercial construction project in Fletcher, NC. This role requires someone with strong conduit and layout skills, the ability to lead by example, and a sharp eye for quality and safety. This is not an entry-level position — you’ll be expected to take charge and deliver results.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid North Carolina State Electrical License or a City of Asheville Journeyman’s Card

• Active Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a nationwide background check

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with random testing

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial electrical leadership

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage crews and schedules

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew on layout and installation of electrical systems

• Ensure code compliance and safety standards on-site

• Read and interpret blueprints and manage project deadlines

• Communicate with GC and project managers as needed
