CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a Working HVAC Foreman with a strong background in commercial ductwork and sheet metal installation for a large-scale project in Richardson, TX. We’re seeking a reliable leader with the ability to manage crews, read plans, and install duct systems efficiently and safely.

If you can’t commit to a full 40-hour workweek, follow safety guidelines, or lead by example, this position is not for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist with installation of rectangular and spiral ductwork

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and layouts

• Coordinate daily tasks and crew workflow

• Ensure code compliance and on-site safety

• Communicate directly with general contractor and CCS leadership

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC duct installation experience

• Prior Foreman or Lead Installer experience

• Ability to manage and motivate a team

• Full set of tools and PPE

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Must pass drug test and background screening
