Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring construction laborers for a commercial project in Alexander City, AL. We’re looking for reliable, hard-working laborers ready to assist the HVAC Mechanics and keep the jobsite running smoothly and safely.

Work Scope Includes:

• Assisting HVAC Mechanics with tasks and setups on site

• Moving materials, cleaning work areas, and supporting installations

• Following directions from site leads and mechanics

• Keeping the jobsite clean, organized, and safe at all times

• Performing other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Prior construction or general labor experience preferred

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding tasks

• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
