CCS Construction Staffing is looking for experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics for commercial service and install work based out of Goose Creek, SC. Mechanics will meet at the shop and report to various jobsites throughout the Charleston area performing preventative maintenance and installation of commercial duct systems. Qualified tradesmen should be skilled, dependable, and ready to work with minimal supervision.

Scope of Work:

• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems

• Install, fabricate, and hang sheet metal ductwork

• Interpret blueprints, layouts, and mechanical drawings

• Work on multiple job sites throughout the Charleston metro area

• Ensure safety protocols and maintain clean work areas

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC/sheet metal experience

• Proven experience with service-level maintenance and duct installation

• Must have all basic hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation and ability to report to the shop daily

• Must be punctual, professional, and team-oriented
