Skilled Millwrights Needed – Columbia, SC (Local Work – Home Every Night)

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Millwrights for steady work across the Columbia, SC area. All work is dispatched from a central shop—you must be local and able to report to the shop daily before heading to job sites.

We are looking for top-tier tradesmen. If you cannot commit to a 40-hour workweek, stay drug-free on-site, or work well in a team, please do not apply.

Position Overview:

• Work on industrial job sites

• Move, install, align, and dismantle machinery

• Perform rigging, PW work, and general millwright tasks

• Follow blueprints and adapt to various site needs

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Millwright in industrial environments

• Skilled with blueprints, rigging, and machine movement

• Must have basic tools and PPE

• Reliable transportation to and from the Columbia shop

• Must pass a drug screening and commit to a full workweek
