CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Millwrights for a long-term project in Lumberton, NC, starting March 2026. This role is ideal for skilled tradesmen with industrial or mechanical installation and maintenance experience who value precision, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, align, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance.

• Operate hand and power tools, hoisting equipment, and alignment devices safely.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to meet project schedules and quality standards.

• Adhere to all OSHA and site safety protocols.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Millwright in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical settings.

• Skilled in machinery installation, alignment, and repair.

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety.

• Comfortable working in elevated, confined, or industrial environments.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; must pass drug screen and background check.
