Responsibilities include:
• Brazing copper refrigerant lines to professional HVAC standards
• Using an oxygen and acetylene torch for proper brazing procedures
• Note: Experience using only a B-tank is not acceptable — it overheats copper and causes burning/smoking before proper brazing
• Installing and assembling HVAC ductwork, equipment, and supports
• Reading and interpreting HVAC blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Badging required to access the project site

Journeyman HVAC Mechanic Requirements:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Leadership & Execution
• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution, and turnover.

• Lead pre-construction meetings and ensure accurate project start-up documentation.
