Work Scope:
Construction Laborers will be working on a school construction project in Dallas, TX, assisting with underground and general labor tasks.

Responsibilities include:
• Hand digging with shovels around underground work areas
• Assisting crews with underground support tasks
• Moving materials around the jobsite as needed
• General site cleanup and organization
• Supporting skilled trades and site supervision
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Construction Laborer Requirements:
• Previous construction or labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including digging
• Must bring required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow direction
