Work Scope:
Superintendent HVAC Mechanics will serve in a leadership capacity, working closely with Project Managers and Field Supervisors to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

General Purpose:
The Superintendent role is critical to the success of the Augusta mechanical operations. Superintendents will take direction from assigned Project Managers and coordinate with other Supervisors to manage crews, schedules, materials, and overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for all work activities of Construction Mechanics on assigned projects
• Coordinating with Project Managers and Field Superintendents to meet schedules
• Ensuring overall project quality from start to completion
• Enforcing and maintaining jobsite safety standards
• Managing and controlling labor costs on each project
• Reviewing project drawings and submittals and performing control take-offs
• Attending jobsite meetings with the General Contractor
• Preparing weekly scheduling plans for labor meetings with Project Managers
• Communicating weekly schedules and task expectations to crews prior to Monday
• Ensuring materials are ordered and onsite before work begins
• Coordinating conduit and device layout with other Supervisors
• Submitting all required certifications upon task completion
• Walking completed phases of work with crews to confirm scope completion
• Completing and managing project punch lists to final closeout

Superintendent HVAC Mechanic Requirements:
• Extensive commercial HVAC experience with proven superintendent or supervisory background
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple crews and schedules simultaneously
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, drawings, and project workflows
• Experience managing labor productivity and job costs
• Must provide required tools and standard PPE
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Reliable transportation required
• Professionalism and accountability required at all times
