Work Scope
Foreman will be running commercial plumbing jobs located in Greensboro, NC.

Duties include:

• Running commercial plumbing projects from start to completion

• Leading and supervising plumbing crews on site

• Planning daily work activities and manpower

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications

• Coordinating with general contractors and other trades

• Ensuring quality workmanship, productivity, and safety compliance

• Communicating progress and issues to project management

Commercial Plumbing Foreman Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of commercial plumbing experience

• Proven experience working as a foreman or lead

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Demonstrated experience leading and managing people

• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and installations

• Must bring all required plumbing hand tools

• ALL PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional leadership style and strong work ethic
