CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Duct Installers for a four-floor remodel project in Louisville, KY. This is a long-term opportunity with a contractor that has a steady backlog and plans to keep reliable installers working as the project progresses.

We are looking for skilled duct installers who can step onto an active commercial jobsite and contribute immediately. This is not an entry-level position. Hands-on duct installation experience is required.

Project Scope

• Installing and hanging metal ductwork on a four-floor remodel
• Assisting with installation of seven split systems
• Reading and following layout drawings
• Coordinating with crew members and other trades
• Maintaining productivity and safety standards on site

Requirements

• Proven commercial duct installation experience
• Experience working with metal duct systems
• Ability to read and work from layout drawings
• Ability to work a consistent 40-hour week
• Must be drug-free and dependable
• Must bring required HVAC hand tools
• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Reliable transportation

A license is not required but is a plus.
