Work Scope
The Foreman will be working on a commercial school project in Seguin, TX, with a primary focus on underground plumbing and coordination ahead of slab pours.

Duties include:
• Leading and supervising plumbing crews on site
• Managing underground plumbing work
• Coordinating remaining UG sections while slab pours are scheduled for the upcoming week
• Handling material management and forecasting future material needs
• Conducting and enforcing JSA and jobsite safety requirements
• Coordinating daily production, manpower, and workflow
• Working from prints and maintaining quality control
• Using Procore and Bluebeam for drawings, documentation, and coordination
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Commercial Master Plumber – Foreman Requirements
• Licensed Master Plumber required
• Strong commercial foreman experience, preferably on school projects
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage manpower
• Solid experience with underground plumbing and slab preparation
• Ability to plan work ahead and forecast material needs
• Working knowledge of JSA and safety compliance
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam required
• Must be willing to stay hands-on as needed
• Must bring required plumbing hand tools
• Must have standard PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Reliable transportation required
