Work Scope:
Commercial Electricians will be working on a school renovation project in Pine Bluff, AR, focusing on the renovation of dormitories.

Job duties include running conduit (mostly EMT and MC), pulling wire, assisting in terminating devices (switches, plugs, lights), installing and mounting boxes, panels, and light fixtures, and following blueprints and layout instructions.

Candidates must be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently while maintaining a professional level of craftsmanship. Both licensed and unlicensed electricians will be considered — however, those without an electrical license must be willing to attend trade school one night per week to pursue proper certification.

Applicants must speak English and be able to follow instructions, communicate effectively with the team, and maintain consistent attendance.

Electrician Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Skilled in conduit installation (EMT and MC), wire pulling, device terminations, and lighting installation
• Must be able to read and follow blueprints and layout instructions
• Licensed electricians preferred, but unlicensed candidates must commit to attending trade school one night per week
• Must speak English fluently
• Must provide own tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and dependability
