Position Title: Pipefitting Superintendent
Location: Houston, TX

Overview:
We are hiring a Pipefitting Superintendent to manage piping operations on large commercial, industrial, and energy-sector projects throughout the Houston region. This position requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver high-quality work on fast-paced builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations for pipefitting scopes on hospitals, refineries, manufacturing plants, data centers, and commercial builds.

• Manage 20+ person crews, ensuring productivity and performance.

• Coordinate schedules, inspections, and field engineering requests.

• Verify installation of piping systems per plans, codes, and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with Houston-area safety expectations and client standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation including timesheets, daily logs, material tracking, and RFI coordination.

• Troubleshoot field issues and collaborate with project leadership to maintain workflow.

• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism on the jobsite.

Qualifications:

• 10–15+ years of pipefitting experience, supervisory experience required.

• Experience on industrial and energy-sector projects in the Houston market strongly preferred.

• Ability to manage large crews and high-value mechanical scopes.

• Proficient with drawings, field layouts, and specs.

• Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated safety leadership and commitment to compliance.
