CCS Construction Staffing is hiring LICENSED Journeyman Plumbers and Plumbing Helpers for ongoing commercial projects throughout South Louisiana.
Work locations include New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Lake Charles, and surrounding areas.

This is steady, long-term commercial work on Walmart remodels, schools, and government buildings, including both renovations and ground-up construction. Journeymen will run work and helpers/apprentices will work directly under them for hands-on instruction and growth.

If you live anywhere in South Louisiana and have a clean driving record, this opportunity is built for you.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Commercial plumbing for retail, school, and government facilities
• New construction and remodel projects
• Full-service plumbing installs from rough-in through finish
• Journeymen leading scope and mentoring helpers
• Helpers assisting with installs, layout, material handling, and learning the trade
• Traveling between job sites as needed

Journeyman Plumber Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License REQUIRED
• Strong commercial plumbing experience
• Able to perform rough-in, trim-out, and system installs
• Comfortable working on remodels and new construction
• Clean driving record required
• Must have own plumbing hand tools and full PPE
• Professional, safety-focused, and able to lead helpers

Apprentice / Helper Requirements

• Prior plumbing or construction experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and take direction from Journeyman Plumbers
• Comfortable working on commercial job sites
• Clean driving record required
• Must bring basic tools and full PPE
• Reliable and motivated to grow in the trade
