Work Scope
Commercial HVAC Mechanic Helpers will be working on a commercial HVAC project in Victoria, TX, assisting with duct installation and overhead work.

Duties include:
• Assisting with installing commercial ductwork
• Installing and supporting ceiling duct and overhead runs
• Hanging duct sections and supporting materials
• Working alongside HVAC mechanics to complete daily tasks
• Following jobsite direction and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Commercial HVAC Mechanic Helper Requirements
• Prior commercial HVAC or construction experience preferred
• Ability to assist with ductwork and overhead installation
• Comfortable working on ladders and lifts when required
• Must bring basic HVAC hand tools as needed
• Must have standard PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
