Work Scope:

Construction Laborers will assist crews on-site with cleaning up, material handling, and performing various general construction tasks as needed. Candidates must be able to follow directions, work safely around active construction areas, and support multiple trades throughout the project. All applicants must bring their own basic tools and PPE to the jobsite.

Laborer Requirements:

• 1+ year of construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform cleanup, debris removal, and assist with various jobsite tasks
• Must provide own PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Must follow safety rules and work well within a team environment
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
