CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring Commercial Electricians for a very secure job site in Naples, Florida. This is a controlled-access project, and all electricians must be able to successfully complete the full badging process before starting work.

We are focused on experienced electricians who take pride in their craft, follow jobsite rules, and can work as part of a team on a secure commercial project.

What Electricians Will Be Doing
• Commercial electrical installation work
• Running conduit (EMT and related systems)
• Hanging cable trays
• Roughing in walls with MC cable
• Pulling wire and assisting with terminations
• Working alongside other electricians to meet daily production goals
• Following strict site security and safety requirements at all times

Badging and Identification Requirements
This is a secure facility. All electricians must:
• Pass the required jobsite badging process
• Provide valid identification:
– Passport OR
– Driver’s License and/or Social Security Number
• Comply with all security rules for access and continued employment

Failure to meet badging requirements will prevent jobsite access.

What CCS Is Looking For
• Skilled electricians with relevant commercial experience
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• Ability to work in a team environment on a secure jobsite
• Stay drug-free on the jobsite
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
