Work Scope:
Journeyman HVAC Mechanics and Helpers will be working on a commercial HVAC project in Decatur, AL, performing duct installation and mechanical support work.

Responsibilities include:
• Running round spiral pipe
• Installing square ductwork
• Hanging VAV boxes
• Assisting with layout, installation, and mechanical routing
• Supporting journeyman-level mechanics as directed (Helper level)
• Reading prints and following installation plans
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

HVAC Requirements:
• Commercial HVAC experience required (Journeyman or Helper level)
• Strong familiarity with ductwork installation and hanging methods
• Ability to work overhead and use lifts as needed
• Must bring required HVAC hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and focus on safety
