Work Scope:
HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic Top Helpers will be working on a commercial HVAC project in Pflugerville, TX, assisting with sheet metal and duct installation tasks.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with installation and hanging of sheet metal ductwork
• Supporting layout, assembly, and installation of HVAC components
• Material handling and jobsite organization
• Working from direction provided by journeyman-level mechanics and foremen
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
• OSHA 10 required
• Drug test and background check required

Top Helper Requirements:
• Previous HVAC or sheet metal top helper experience preferred
• Familiarity with ductwork, sheet metal tools, and materials
• Must bring basic hand tools and required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Ability to pass drug testing and background screening
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to safety
