Work Scope:
Heavy Equipment Operators will be working on a military base project in San Antonio, TX, performing excavation and sitework operations.

Responsibilities include:
• Operating full-size excavators, front loaders, and backhoes
• Performing trenching, digging, grading, and material handling
• Working closely with site supervision and ground crews
• Conducting daily equipment inspections and basic operational checks
• Following all jobsite safety procedures and military base requirements
• Badging required for base access

Heavy Equipment Operator Requirements:
• Proven experience operating excavators, front loaders, and backhoes
• Ability to operate equipment safely on commercial construction sites
• Must bring required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass background checks and badging required for military base access
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong safety awareness, professionalism, and dependability
