Pay Rate:

Work Scope:
Operators will be working on a commercial project in Florence, SC and must be able to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities include:
• Operating an excavator for trenching, grading, and site preparation
• Following site plans, directions, and safety procedures
• Performing basic daily equipment inspections
• Working closely with site supervisors and labor crews
• Ensuring safe operation at all times

A valid heavy equipment operator certification is required.

Heavy Equipment Operator Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of commercial or civil heavy equipment operating experience
• Must be fully competent operating an excavator
• Must hold a valid heavy equipment operator certification
• Ability to read site drawings and follow grade stakes as needed
• Must provide PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong focus on safety, communication, and professionalism
