Work Scope:
HVAC Mechanics will be working on a commercial project in Raleigh, NC, performing HVAC installation tasks across rough-in and finish phases.

Responsibilities include:
• Installing, hanging, and assembling ductwork (square, spiral, and flex)
• Installing HVAC equipment, supports, and hangers
• Assisting with piping, layout, and blueprint interpretation
• Ensuring installation meets code, safety standards, and project specifications
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Positions are open for both Journeyman HVAC Mechanics and HVAC Apprentices.

Journeyman HVAC Mechanic Requirements:
• 4–5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
• Strong skills in ductwork, equipment installation, and piping
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Must provide HVAC hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong craftsmanship, professionalism, and safety awareness

HVAC Apprentice Requirements:
• 1–2+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred
• Ability to assist with ductwork, equipment installation, and material handling
• Must bring basic HVAC tools and required PPE
• Willingness to learn and follow direction
