Work Scope:
HVAC Mechanic Top Helpers will be working on a commercial project in Austin, TX, assisting Journeyman HVAC Mechanics with installation tasks.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with HVAC equipment installation (RTUs, AHUs, minis, fans, etc.)
• Helping with duct work installation, including hanging and assembling duct
• Supporting piping work, including copper, PVC, condensate piping, etc.
• Installing hardware, supports, and hangers under supervision
• Following HVAC blueprints, layout instructions, and guidance from site leadership
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

HVAC Mechanic Top Helper Requirements:
• 1–2+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred
• Ability to assist with duct work, piping, and equipment installation
• Must provide basic HVAC hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, ability to follow directions, and willingness to learn
