Work Scope:
The Foreman Electrician will be working on commercial projects in Garner, NC, overseeing full jobsite operations and leading a crew.

Responsibilities include:
• Running and managing full electrical projects from start to finish
• Leading, supervising, and scheduling an entire electrical crew
• Operating a company-provided truck
• Coordinating installation, inspections, and workflow for the jobsite
• Reading and interpreting electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Ensuring work meets NEC compliance, jobsite quality standards, and safety guidelines
• Communicating with project managers, GCs, and other trades
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
• Representing the company professionally on-site and with clients

Must live within 45 minutes of the employer’s location in Garner, NC.
Clean driving record required (must be insurable).

Foreman Electrician Requirements:
• 5–7+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Prior foreman experience leading crews and running projects
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and commercial installation practices
• Ability to read blueprints and manage project flow independently
• Clean driving record (must meet insurance requirements)
• Must live within 45 minutes of Garner, NC
• Must provide own electrical hand tools and standard PPE
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Strong leadership, communication, and professionalism
