Work Scope:
Commercial Journeyman / Top Helper HVAC Mechanics will be working on a commercial construction project in Hollins, VA.
This position involves installing ductwork, assisting with HVAC equipment setup, and supporting mechanical installation. We are looking for both helpers and mechanics with solid commercial experience who can work efficiently, follow direction, and maintain safety and quality standards. Candidates should be comfortable working with sheet metal, hanging duct, and performing general HVAC installation tasks as directed.

HVAC Mechanic Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of commercial HVAC or sheet metal installation experience
• Journeyman or Top Helper skill level preferred
• Ability to assist with duct installation, layout, and HVAC equipment setup
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on teamwork, safety, and professionalism
