Work Scope:
HVAC Mechanic Helpers will be working on a commercial project in St. Gabriel, LA, assisting HVAC mechanics with sheet metal and duct installation tasks.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with hanging and installing ductwork
• Helping with layout, measurements, and mechanical preparation
• Supporting sheet metal installation and material handling
• Following direction from Journeyman HVAC Mechanics and site leadership
• Maintaining jobsite cleanliness, organization, and safety

Must Have:
• TWIC Card (required)
• Long sleeves
• Long pants
• Steel toe boots
• Hard hat
• Safety glasses
• Gloves
ALL PPE REQUIRED

HVAC Mechanic Helper Requirements:
• 1–2+ years of HVAC or construction experience preferred
• Ability to assist with ductwork and basic HVAC installation tasks
• Must provide required PPE and basic hand tools
• Must have a TWIC Card
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction
