Pay Rate:

Work Scope:
Laborers will be working on a new health center project in Oxford, OH, supporting the beginning underground phase.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with cutting through concrete floors
• Cleaning up debris created from concrete cuts
• Carrying concrete pieces to a dump trailer for disposal
• Supporting tradesmen during underground installation prep
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Following all directions from supervisors and site leads

Construction Laborer Requirements:
• 1+ year of construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials safely
• Must provide basic PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to follow direction
