Work Scope:
HVAC Mechanic Foreman will be working on a commercial project in Nashville, TN, overseeing daily jobsite operations and leading HVAC installation crews.

Responsibilities include:
• Running and managing a crew of HVAC installers
• Coordinating work, delegating tasks, and maintaining workflow
• Reading and interpreting mechanical layouts, drawings, and system designs
• Installing various HVAC systems (square duct, spiral duct, equipment, supports, etc.)
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed by all crew members
• Maintaining jobsite quality, productivity, and professionalism

Must know how to run a crew, have own tools, and understand multiple HVAC system types.

HVAC Mechanic Foreman Requirements:
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
• Previous leadership or foreman-level experience required
• Ability to run a crew and manage jobsite workflow
• Strong understanding of multiple HVAC system types
• Must provide own HVAC tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
