Work Scope:
Construction Laborers will be working on a commercial construction project in Carrollton, TX.
This position involves assisting electricians and other trades with day-to-day jobsite duties and maintaining overall site cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with material handling and delivery around the jobsite
• Helping skilled tradesmen as directed
• General site cleanup and debris removal
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work area
• Following all jobsite and safety procedures at all times

Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.

Construction Laborer Requirements:
• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to follow direction and assist trades as needed
• Must provide own PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and dependability
