Work Scope:
Plumber Top Helpers will be working on a commercial construction project in Round Rock, TX, assisting journeyman plumbers with installation tasks, layout support, and material handling.

This position includes:
• Assisting with installation of new plumbing systems in commercial buildings
• Supporting layout, measuring, cutting, and prepping piping materials
• Helping install fixtures, drains, waterlines, and hangers
• Assisting with PVC, copper, and cast-iron systems depending on project needs
• Performing detailed, repetitive, or finish-phase plumbing tasks as required
• Bringing power tools if possible (preferred)
• Maintaining jobsite cleanliness, safety, and productivity
• Following direction from journeyman plumbers and site supervisors

Plumber Top Helper Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
• Familiarity with commercial plumbing systems and installation methods
• Ability to take direction, work efficiently, and keep pace with journeyman plumbers
• Must provide own basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Power tools preferred if available
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and dependability
