CCS Construction Staffing is hiring strong, dependable Construction Laborers for a military base project in Fayetteville, NC. This job involves physically demanding work including digging, site cleanup, and moving heavy materials throughout the job site. Applicants must be reliable, hard-working, and able to pass a background check. A REAL ID is preferred due to base access requirements.

Work Scope Includes:

• Digging trenches and assisting with utility prep

• Cleaning up debris and maintaining a tidy site

• Moving materials and tools across the project area

• Supporting skilled trades as needed

• Following site safety rules and instructions from foremen

Requirements:

• Prior construction or general labor experience preferred

• Must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy materials regularly

• Background check required

• REAL ID preferred for base access

• Must bring full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Strong work ethic and ability to take direction
