CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher / Concrete Carpenter for a project in Chadds Ford, PA. This role is ideal for skilled tradesmen with hands-on experience in pouring, finishing, and forming concrete, delivering quality results on commercial or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pour, spread, and finish concrete for slabs, sidewalks, walls, and other structures.

• Build and set forms for concrete placement.

• Smooth, level, and shape surfaces to meet project specifications.

• Work closely with foremen, laborers, and other trades to maintain schedule and quality standards.

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain proper use of PPE and tools.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or Concrete Carpenter.

• Skilled in pouring, finishing, and forming concrete.

• Ability to read basic plans or follow verbal instructions.

• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and teamwork skills.

• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; must pass drug screen and background check.
