CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for a long-term project in Jacksonville, FL, beginning March 2026. We are seeking dependable tradesmen with strong commercial sheet metal installation experience who take pride in quality craftsmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and secure commercial HVAC duct systems (sheet metal and flex).

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and take-offs.

• Measure, cut, fabricate, and modify sheet metal components to fit installations.

• Install hangers, supports, dampers, grilles, diffusers, and related HVAC components.

• Work alongside other trades and maintain safe jobsite practices at all times.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience.

• Ability to read blueprints and layout duct correctly.

• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, snips, brakes, and measuring devices.

• Must have basic PPE, tools, and reliable transportation.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and pass standard screenings.
