CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for a commercial project in Orlando, FL, starting March 2026. We’re looking for dependable tradesmen with solid install skills and a commitment to safe, high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Install commercial duct systems (rectangular, spiral, and flex).

• Measure, cut, fabricate, and assemble sheet metal and duct components.

• Hang, strap, and support ductwork per code and project specs.

• Work from blueprints, drawings, and jobsite instructions.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

• Follow all OSHA and site safety standards.

Requirements:

• 4+ years commercial sheet metal / HVAC install experience.

• Ability to read blueprints and layout duct runs.

• Must have standard sheet metal hand tools + PPE.

• Reliable transportation and ability to start in March 2026.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass basic screening.
