CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Pipe Welders and Pipefitter Helpers for an upcoming project in Nashville, TN. This is a great opportunity to join a professional crew with steady hours, growth potential, and a strong focus on safety and craftsmanship.

Pipe Welder Responsibilities:

• Weld carbon steel and stainless steel pipe using appropriate processes (Stick/TIG/Flux).

• Fit, assemble, and install piping systems according to drawings and specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and layout instructions.

• Maintain high-quality welding standards under inspection.

• Work safely in elevated and confined areas as required.

Helper Responsibilities:

• Assist welders and fitters with material handling, tool setup, and jobsite organization.

• Measure, cut, and prep pipe under supervision.

• Maintain clean and safe work areas.

• Learn and develop trade skills alongside experienced professionals.

Requirements:

• Pipe Welders: Minimum 3 years of experience + ability to pass a weld test.

• Helpers: At least 1 year of industrial/mechanical or construction labor experience.

• Strong attention to safety and ability to follow direction.

• Must have reliable transportation and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
