Work Scope:
Commercial Electrician Top Helpers will be working on a commercial construction project in Houston, TX.

Work Scope: This position involves standard commercial electrical work, including rough-ins, conduit runs, wire pulling, and fixture installations. Candidates must have strong commercial experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. English-speaking is required for clear communication and safety purposes.

Applicants may hold either a Journeyman or Apprentice License, but must demonstrate the ability to perform at a top-helper or higher level on site.

Electrician Top Helper Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Skilled in conduit bending, wire pulling, and fixture installation
• Ability to work independently and follow blueprints or layouts
• Must be English speaking (bilingual a plus)
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must have a valid Journeyman or Apprentice License (preferred)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and professionalism
