Work Scope:
Commercial Journeyman Plumber Mechanics will be working on a commercial construction project in Tampa, FL. Job duties include layout, plumbing above ground (AG), underground (UG), and finish work.

Candidates must be skilled in working with various plumbing materials, including PVC, CPVC, Cast Iron, Copper, and Uponor PEX. Most projects will involve PVC, CPVC, and Uponor PEX systems.

Plumbers should have experience laying out systems, installing piping, setting fixtures, and pressure testing installations in accordance with job specifications and code requirements.

Plumber Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Skilled in layout, AG/UG plumbing, and finish installations
• Experienced with PVC, CPVC, Cast Iron, Copper, and Uponor PEX systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and professionalism
