Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Construction Laborers for a school project in Indianapolis, IN. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and ready to assist with demolition work in a mechanical room and other general site support tasks.

Work Scope Includes:

• Demoing the mechanical room and removing old materials and equipment

• Assisting with cleanup and debris removal

• Moving tools, supplies, and materials around the jobsite

• Supporting mechanical and electrical crews as needed

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Following all site and company safety procedures

Requirements:

• Some construction or demolition experience preferred

• Must be physically capable of performing demolition and cleanup work

• Must have own PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Must be able to follow direction and work as part of a team

• Reliable transportation required

• Background check and drug test required before start
