Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Experienced HVAC Mechanics for a commercial project in Orlando, FL. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and capable of fabricating, installing, and repairing ductwork systems for commercial HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) applications. This role requires attention to detail, blueprint reading, and proficiency with tools of the trade.

Work Scope Includes:

• Fabricating, assembling, and installing ductwork systems

• Repairing and modifying HVAC duct and fittings as needed

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings

• Using hand and power tools to measure, cut, and fit materials

• Performing welding or soldering on duct and pipe connections when required

• Installing hangers, supports, grills, diffusers, and insulation

• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean worksite

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred

• Must have experience fabricating and installing duct systems

• Must be proficient with hand and power tools used in HVAC work

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints required

• Welding or soldering experience a plus

• Must have own tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Reliable transportation required

• Background check and drug test required before start
