Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Experienced Pipe Fitters for a school project in Austin, TX. Candidates must have a strong background working with carbon steel piping and be capable of completing precise and efficient fit-ups. Combo Welder/Fitter experience is a major plus.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and fitting carbon steel piping systems

• Laying out, measuring, cutting, and threading pipe

• Assembling and installing supports, valves, and fittings

• Collaborating with welders and mechanical crews

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and isometric drawings

• Following all site and safety requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial pipe fitting experience required

• Must have experience working with carbon steel pipe

• Combo Welder/Fitter experience is a plus (weld test may be required)

• Must have own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team

• Reliable transportation required

• Background check and drug test required before start
