Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for multiple commercial projects across the San Antonio, TX area. We are looking for SM2s and TPs who have solid sheet metal knowledge and can work independently with the proper tools. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and ready to contribute immediately.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork

• Assembling, sealing, and supporting duct systems

• Setting HVAC equipment, RTUs, AHUs, and VAVs

• Assisting with rough-in and layout work

• Reading and interpreting blueprints

• Supporting HVAC crews on multiple active projects

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• Proven commercial HVAC experience required

• SM2s and TPs strongly preferred

• Must have sheet metal knowledge

• Must have basic hand tools (larger tools provided as needed)

• Must have full PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, and steel-toe boots

• Reliable transportation

• Background check and drug test required before start
