Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics and Helpers for a commercial construction project in Elon, NC, starting October 27th. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable tradespeople looking for steady work, great pay, and consistent overtime on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install HVAC ductwork and fittings on commercial job sites.

• Measure, cut, and layout materials according to blueprints and specifications.

• Assist with the installation of hangers, supports, and insulation.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

• Work closely with project leads to maintain productivity and quality standards.

• Follow all job site safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

For Mechanics:

• Minimum 4+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal experience.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

• Proficient with installing square, round, and spiral duct.

• Must have own hand tools and reliable transportation.

For Helpers:

• 6+ months of commercial construction or HVAC experience preferred.

• Willingness to learn and follow directions from lead mechanics.

• Must be dependable and safety-conscious.
