Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Plumber Helpers for a commercial project in Lehigh Acres, FL. Helpers will assist mechanics with all phases of plumbing installation, including rough-in, top-out, and trim work. This is a great opportunity to gain more commercial plumbing experience while supporting skilled tradesmen.

Work Scope Includes:

• Assisting with rough-in plumbing installations

• Helping with top-out work for piping systems

• Supporting trim work, including fixture setting and finish installs

• Carrying materials, tools, and equipment on site

• Jobsite cleanup and general labor support

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• Some prior plumbing or construction experience preferred

• Must have basic hand tools (mechanics will provide larger tools as needed)

• Must have full PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, and steel-toe boots

• Must be dependable and safety-focused

• Reliable transportation

• Background check and drug test required before start
