CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Experienced Electricians for upcoming commercial projects in the Duluth, GA area. We're looking for skilled, dependable professionals who are ready to lead crews, work independently, and deliver high-quality electrical work in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and bend conduit (EMT, RMC, etc.)

• Pull and install wire and cable

• Install panels, switchgear, receptacles, lighting, and fixtures

• Perform both rough-in and finish electrical work

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and schematics

• Lead a crew of electricians and apprentices to meet job deadlines

• Ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards

• Coordinate tasks with site supervisors and other trades

• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of commercial electrical experience

• Proven ability to lead a crew and manage on-site productivity

• Proficient in reading electrical drawings and working with switchgear

• Must have own electrical hand tools – larger tools provided as needed

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site

• Fully equipped with required PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, and steel-toe boots

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus!
