Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Heavy Equipment Operators, including Excavator Operators, for commercial projects in Fort Myers Beach, FL. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and experienced in operating heavy machinery for site work, trenching, and excavation.

Work Scope Includes:

• Operating excavators for trenching, digging, and site prep

• Handling other heavy equipment as needed (loaders, skid steers, backhoes, etc.)

• Assisting with grading, trenching, and material movement

• Supporting crews with underground utility and site work

• Conducting daily equipment inspections and reporting issues

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator

• Excavator operation experience required

• Must have valid operator certifications/licenses (where applicable)

• Must have own standard PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Background check and drug test required before start
