Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a critical facility project in West Palm Beach, FL. Candidates must be able to meet badging requirements including fingerprints and a lifetime background check. Due to strict schedules and site entry procedures, employees must be on time every single day. We’re looking for dependable mechanics with proven commercial HVAC experience who can work safely and efficiently in a high-security environment.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging ductwork

• Assembling and sealing sheet metal duct systems

• Setting HVAC units, RTUs, and other equipment

• Reading and interpreting blueprints

• Supporting HVAC crews on active critical facility projects

• Following all safety and site security procedures

Requirements:

• Proven commercial HVAC experience required

• Must be able to pass full badging process (fingerprints + lifetime background check)

• Must be punctual and on time daily – no exceptions due to facility restrictions

• Must have own hand tools (larger tools provided as needed)

• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Drug test required before start
