Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a school project in Noblesville, IN. Candidates must be English-speaking and capable of installing ductwork, hangers, and HVAC equipment. We’re looking for dependable mechanics with proven commercial experience who can work independently and as part of a crew while maintaining all safety standards.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork

• Assembling and sealing duct systems

• Setting HVAC equipment and RTUs

• Installing duct hangers and supports

• Reading and interpreting blueprints

• Supporting HVAC crews on an active school construction project

• Following all site safety requirements

Requirements:

• Proven commercial HVAC experience required

• Must be English-speaking

• Must have HVAC installation experience (ductwork + equipment)

• Must have own hand tools (larger tools provided as needed)

• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Background check and drug test required before start
