Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring HVAC Helpers for a project in Miami, FL. Candidates should be dependable, able to follow directions, and prepared to assist mechanics with duct installation and other tasks.

Work Scope Includes:

• Assisting with hanging and installing ductwork

• Helping install hangers and supports

• Moving materials and tools as needed

• Supporting HVAC mechanics with system assembly and installation

• Following all site safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous construction or HVAC experience preferred but not required

• Willingness to learn and assist with ductwork installation

• Basic hand tools required

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to follow instructions and work with a crew

• Drug test required prior to start
