Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring a Pipefitter or Plumber with medical gas piping experience for a commercial project in Apex, NC. This position requires a skilled tradesperson familiar with the codes, procedures, and safety standards associated with medical gas systems.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and fitting medical gas piping systems

• Assembling and securing pipe, tubes, fittings, and related equipment

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications

• Working with copper, steel, and specialty piping

• Following strict safety and quality standards for medical gas environments

Requirements:

• Experience with medical gas systems is required

• 3+ years of plumbing or pipefitting experience in commercial settings

• Medical gas certification preferred (or working toward certification)

• Must have own hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• OSHA 10 preferred (certification assistance available)

• Ability to read blueprints and work with minimal supervision
